You wake up. It's Monday morning. Ugh. You sit up in your bed and stretch your arms. You grab your phone and start your newsfeed app. You scroll through the news items, reading one horrible headliner after another. You switch to social media but it's not better, not really. People rambling about random petty problems. **pling** Incoming mail from your mother forwarding an urgent warning chain mail about chemtrails. You sigh deeply and get out of bed. While the coffee is brewing in the machine you turn on the tv. The morning news inform you about another terrible event. Another **pling** from your phone. You feel like the weight of every headline on your shoulders getting harder and harder to bear. You feel buried by the news.

Du fühlst das Gewicht jeder Schlagzeile auf deinen Schultern, das immer schwerer zu ertragen ist. Du fühlst dich von Nachrichten begraben.
